How to maintain the wood pellet machine

In order for a good wood pellet machine to operate with high performance and trouble-free performance for a long time, it needs to be coordinated with scientific maintenance work. This can maintain the performance of the equipment and extend the service life of the equipment, thereby better creating more benefits for users. So how should the biomass pellet machine be maintained?

1.Besides of the automatic oil filling points, other oil filling and lubrication points should be filled with oil every 30 hours (about 30-50 grams of HP high temperature lithium-based grease with high temperatures resistance of 260°C each time). Other oil filling points should be filled with oil once every 60 hours (about 20 grams of HP high temperature lithium grease with high temperature resistance of 260 ℃ each time ).

2. Check the connecting bolts of each part every day and tighten the bolts.

3. Check whether the electrical system is in normal condition before starting each shift. Clean the dust on the electrical control cabinet to ensure that there is no dust on the electrical components in the electrical control cabinet. Check whether all the electrical components and terminal bolts are loose and fall off, and deal with them promptly.

4.Clean the leakage port promptly every shift timely and keep the leakage port unobstructed, and it is strictly prohibited blockage.

5. It is strictly prohibited to start the machine when the rotor is blocked. Clean the materials before starting the machine!

6. Check the belt for deviation each shift, and deal with it promptly if deviation occurs.

7. Check whether the roller is loose each shift. If there is looseness, adjust the gap in time (it is appropriate for the roller and the mold to fit slightly, and the gap can also be increased or decreased according to the material conditions). 

8. Observe the pressure on the oil pressure gauge or unscrew the screws every shift to see if the oil circuit is smooth and oil discharging smoothly.

9. Clean the oil filter element every 3 days to prevent clogging.

10.The dry oil pump should be filled with high-temperature resistant grease in time. (HP high-temperature lithium-based grease with high temperature resistance to 260°C)

The oil filling time should be stopped for 15-30 minutes and filled for 2 minutes. (This time should be adjusted according to actual usage)

11.The oil filling time of the material dial plate is about one day every 7 days along with the pressure roller.

12.Grind new mold with oil material for about half an hour before use (sawdust: fine sand: waste oil  5:3:2), and add oil before shutting down.

13.The oil of each reducer should be changed after 720 hours of first operation. After the first oil change, the gear oil should be changed every 1500 hours.
