The raw materials for biomass pellets in Thailand mainly come from forestry waste(wood logs, furniture waste); agricultural waste(rice husk, sugarcane bagasse, crop straw, corn corb); other resourses waste(oil palm plantations waste, rubber). 

These biomass raw material serve as the foundation for the burgeoning biomass pellet industry in the country, which plays a crucial role in renewable energy production, waste management, and rural development. 

As for the biomass pellets market, Thailand's biomass pellets are mainly sold to local boiler plant, power plant, Japan, South Korea, Europe and North America. 

This 10t/h biomass pellet production line is located in the North of Thailand. The main raw material of this 10t/h biomass pellet plant is mainly agricultural waste, such as corn cob, corn husk, corn straw etc. The moisture is about 35%. We help customer design the wood pellet plant as below:

Main Sections in this biomass pellet production line:

1. Gring Section: High Efficiency hammer mill, to crush corn cob waste into smaller powder.

2. Material Storing Section: storing crushed power

3. Drying Section: biomass rotary dryer, to dry crushed material into suitable moisture. The moisture of material plays a crucial role in pelletizing section.

4. Stroring Section: storing dried sawdust, to ensure the whole pellet production line runs smoothly.

5. Pelletizing Machine: vertical ring die wood pellet machine. 

6. Cooling Equipment: cooling down hot wood pellets to suitable temperature. This ensures the finished biomass pellets easilty to be packaged.

7. Packing Machine: ton bag scale(packing machine)

8. Electrical System, control the whole biomass pellet production line.
