This 5-6 ton per hour biomass pellet production line is the second pellet line installed by the same customer in Thailand.  The main raw material of this biomass wood pellet plant is local waste rain tree wood logs, branches, etc. The moisture is about 30%. The finished biomass pellets are mainly sold to local power plant and boiler plant. We help customer design the wood pellet plant as below:

Main Machines in this Biomass Wood Pellet Production Line:

1. Chipping Section: wood crusher, crush waste wood into smaller wood chips.

2. Crushing Section: High efficiency biomass wood hammer mill, crush wood chips into 10mm sawdust.

3. Storage: 50m³ silo

4. Drying section: rotary dryer, dry wet sawdust into suitable moisture.

5. Strorage: 50m³ silo

6. Pelletizing Section: 4 sets of YGKJ560 wood pellet machine

7. Cooling System: cool down the high temperatured biomass pellets

8. Packing Equipment: simple weight scale
